Surround your iPod with legendary JBL sound. JBL Radial delivers clean, powerful high- and mid-frequency sound - and plenty of deep, distortion-free bass - from a compact device with almost unlimited versatility. As a music system, JBL Radial stands alone. As a computer peripheral, it replaces (and seriously upgrades) your external speakers and subwoofer. And as a multimedia entertainment center, it even sends your iPod photos and video to a TV monitor. But however and wherever you use it, it's the sound that sets JBL Radial apart.

Summary: VERY pleased with this purchase
Comment: I am really pleased with my purchase of this iPod docking station. It can easily fill a large room with sound and provides very solid bass. It's very sleek and simple to setup for both iPods and other MP3 players. Only drawback is that it can not run on batteries if you wanted to take it to the pool or on a picnic. Overall, I am really happy with this product and have recommended it to family and friends.

Summary: Above average
Comment: I receive this unit recently and was really surprise by the sound quality. Very good at low and medium voulume. But i was also somewhat disappointed to turn it up all the way because of a really sharp rattling noise. i got this for a little over 100$ and its worth every hard earn penny. It would be nice if it included a usb cord.

Summary: Big Sound, Little Package
Comment: I've got four ipod speaker systems from portable to Bose to Klipsch with sub woofer and this one is my favorite. It fills a room with good thumpin' sound, it takes up very little space and it looks very cool. Highs can be a little weak so you have to adjust the ipod EQ for your room but other than that it is the most bang for your buck and people always remark on the looks. I just bought a second one for the game room.

Summary: Great sound in a smallish, attractive design.
Comment: I considered the JBL Onstage and the Micro Radial and opted for this one because I was able to get it for just over $100. I just wanted a nice, small system I could move around between rooms in a small house. I'm more of a music lover than an audiophile and wasn't expecting $500 sound from this device anyway, but I'm very impressed with its perfomance. I've put it through the runs with everything from AC/DC to Arvo Part, and the sound is even better than I expected. There is some slight breakup while playing bass-heavy music, as other reviews have noted, but I think it's only an issue if that's the bulk of your music library. As for the other bells and whistles, I don't have any strong opinions on the layout of the controls, etc. I do like presence of the S-video output and intend to make use of it in the future. For what I paid and what I expected, it's a great system.
