Comment: It looked like the perfect price/performance win, and something my wife would be able to use to share small video, family pics, etc. with her friends. Having both MP3 and FM radio was nice, and 4 GB is a reasonable amount of room- not too small, not excessive (with added expense).

Comment: I am hooked on Amazon MP3 downloads. They work well with Windows Media, where I have a TON of music. The Zen player works smoothly for me. I tried an i pod but there were conflicts with i tunes and the set up I already had in place. I almost gave up purchasing an MP3 player entirely. I'm thrilled with my Zen player. I teach Ballet and Modern dance and use it all the time now!

I should add that I'm a fairly cranky, impatient senior citizen, fascinated with, but frustrated by most modern technology. Comment: First of all let me say that this product is Amazing. I bought it for my girl friend and since she's not that into technology i had the pleasure of teaching her how to use it, so that means i had the please of turning it on first. This is where all the amazement started. The screen provided a crisp display of the Zen logo. Navigation around the menu is quite very easy and user friendly. Sound quality it at the top among the amazing picture quality of videos and photos. The only downfall to this item is that it didn't come with a wall charger, you have to plug it into the usb cord that's provided and then into the pc. Other than that I have no regrets in buying this. It's neat and just fits right into ur hand, my girl LOVES it even more than i do...WONDERFULL GIFT......
